Rainbow Counting Puzzle for St. Patrick's Day!

I love seeing how much my now 3 year old (WHAT?!) has progressed in his counting. The concept of pointing to individual items and counting aloud has been something we have been working on so much, and it is definitely paying off. Our littles are sponges and the more practice and repetition the better for learning these different skills.

Here is a St. Patrick's Day rainbow puzzle we have created to work on our counting and number recognition. We started with the numbers 1-4 and worked our way up to counting out larger sums. Remember to always start small! It will be so much less overwhelming when learning and practicing new concepts.

Getting ready:

- Simply print and cut out the individual puzzles!
- If you want to keep the puzzle I would suggest laminating.
- Lay out a couple sets at a time. Keep it simple!
- Most importantly have fun :)
