Raise your hand if you have extra cardboard ALWAYS laying around your house?!! ME! Instead of throwing it away, turn it in to an activity for your littles! There are tons of options for an activity like this. We turned one of our cardboard scraps in to a name recognition activity. Huxley is great with telling me how to spell his name, but it is great practice as we start practicing writing his name.
Today, I wrote Huxley's name across the cardboard. I then wrote the letters of his name on index paper. One letter per paper (I did each letter twice). You can also use sticky notes or any other paper you have around the house!
He then sorted the letters to the corresponding letter in his name! EASY activity to put together and great practice for your littles!
