My Go-To Healthy Breakfast Bread

As a mom of two little boys, I LOVE a good, healthy, and EASY recipe. This 10 grain no knead bread recipe by Jenny Can Cook is my favorite!!


Not only is it a super nutritious bread, but my boys actually enjoy it, which is obviously a win win! Toast with honey or peanut butter and some fruit is one of our go to breakfast recipes. I love to cook, but I love an easy, but tasty, morning breakfast.


I've been trying to dive into the sourdough process, but it takes SO much time. Don't get me wrong, it is totally rewarding but us moms of littles don't always have the luxury of engaging in a complicated recipe. For this recipe, you mix up the ingredients the evening before and it is ready to go the next morning (with only a couple additional steps).

I couldn't find the 10 grain cereal at the store, but here is a link to where I bought it from Amazon. All the other ingredients, you should have at home or can easily purchase from any store.
