I was looking at the dollar store for some tinsel to do a holiday sensory bin with some jingle bells and found this fun shredded paper instead!
The dollar is THE spot to go for all your sensory bin needs. Especially if you want a fun holiday themed bin.
This sensory bin took under a minute to put together and the boys sure enjoyed this one! All you need to do is throw the decorative shred and jingle bells into whatever bin or container you are using. Try to mix around the jingle bells so it is like a little "jingle bell hunt." I then gave the boys a mason jar to use to put the jingle bells in.
As always, you can give them tongs or a scoop to use to enhance fine motor skills and strength.
It did end up becoming a bit of mess because they enjoyed the tactile sensation so much! But it truly was an easy clean up. ENJOY!
