Construction Paper Snowflakes

This is a super easy winter activity that works on some fine motor skills with your little!

I remember doing activities like this all the time growing up. Whether it was with tissue paper or construction paper. It really is SO simple and the results are always great but each one looks different.

For this activity it’s easy to have many different results because when making a snowflake, there isn’t one way to do it. You can draw out your template for your little any way you’d like! If you draw it on a white piece of paper, it looks adorable hanging on the window with the sun shining through.

After drawing the template, rip up some blue construction paper into small pieces. Have your little help with this! It’s a great way to build some strength in those small hands.

Use a glue stick or bottle glue and depending on their age either you do the glueing or they do it! Add the glue onto the template snowflake and add all the little pieces of paper and firmly press them down!

And done! Cute. Easy. Fun!
