Here is a simple Christmas tree painting activity that requires very little adult assistance! Painting is a fun (but messy) activity to do with your littles. You can do an activity that is simply free painting or one that has more of a specific end result. With littles it seems to be more rewarding for them when we aren't micromanaging every move the make. This activity is a perfect solution for a specific result but allows for your little to use their creativity. Plus the results are adorable and unique!

For this activity, you can either print and cut out the Christmas tree template that I have created or cut out your own tree on a piece of paper.
Print out and cut Christmas tree (or create your own)
Tape tree to a clean piece of white paper
Choose paint colors
Paint around tree with brushes or fingers
Wait for paint to dry and remove taped tree
